Grow & Slumber Co. provides educational infant and child sleep consulting services and offers personalized infant care services.

The availability of a service displayed on the Website does not guarantee acceptance of a client or availability for a particular date.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Our Website and booking services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Individuals purchasing sleep consulting services must be the child's parent, legal guardian, or another individual legally authorized to make decisions concerning the child.
By submitting information or purchasing services, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority necessary to request the services.
4. SLEEP CONSULTATIONS
Sleep Consultations may be scheduled and paid for directly through the Website.
The current consultation fee is $80 and is displayed at the time of booking.
A consultation reservation is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and booking confirmation has been issued.
A Sleep Consultation is a separate professional service and does not obligate the Client to purchase a Personalized Sleep Plan.
Once a Sleep Consultation has been completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Sleep Consultation Credit
Clients who purchase an eligible Personalized Sleep Plan within five (5) calendar days following their Sleep Consultation may apply the $80 paid for the consultation as a credit toward the selected Sleep Plan.
To qualify, the Client must sign the applicable Client Service Agreement and complete the required Sleep Plan payment within the five-day period.
The consultation credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another family, or applied after the eligibility period has expired.
Additional cancellation and rescheduling conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. PERSONALIZED SLEEP PLANS
Personalized Sleep Plans are not available for direct purchase through the Website.
Following a Sleep Consultation, Clients may select an available Sleep Plan based on their family's needs.
If the Client chooses to proceed, Grow & Slumber Co. will provide:
· The applicable Client Service Agreement.
· A separate payment invoice through Stripe.
· Additional enrollment instructions.
Enrollment in a Personalized Sleep Plan is confirmed only after the Client has signed the applicable agreement and the required payment has been received.
Personalized Sleep Plans are subject to their respective Client Service Agreements, including provisions regarding service duration, questionnaires, communication, cancellations, refunds, and client responsibilities.
In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed Client Service Agreement concerning purchased services, the applicable Client Service Agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.
6. INFANT CARE SERVICES
Grow & Slumber Co. offers personalized infant care services subject to availability and individual arrangements with each family.
Prospective clients may schedule a complimentary initial interview through the Website.
The purpose of this interview is to discuss the family's needs, expectations, scheduling requirements, and potential service arrangements.
Scheduling or attending a complimentary interview does not constitute a binding agreement for infant care services or guarantee future availability.
Infant Care Services are confirmed only after the parties have agreed upon the applicable terms, responsibilities, compensation, scheduling, and any required written agreement.
Infant Care arrangements may be subject to separate agreements and applicable employment or other legal requirements.

Sleep Consultations, Personalized Sleep Plans, and Infant Care Services may have different cancellation requirements.
Clients are encouraged to review the applicable policies before making a purchase or entering into a service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
