For nearly eight years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for little ones and supporting families through some of the earliest — and sometimes most exhausting — stages of parenthood.

My years of hands-on infant care sparked a deeper interest in baby sleep and led me to pursue specialized training in pediatric sleep consulting.

Today, Grow & Slumber brings those two worlds together: experienced infant care and personalized sleep support designed around each baby and family.

My goal is simple: to help little ones thrive while helping parents feel supported, informed, and a little more rested along the way.
