Every baby is different, so progress can vary. Your baby’s age, individual sleep needs, and consistency with the recommended strategies all play a role. Our goal is to make meaningful progress toward independent sleep within the first 10 days, while always working at a pace that makes sense for your baby and your family.
-
Our support days and hours are from Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm.

If additional support is needed beyond that period due to circumstances outside the scope of the original plan — such as illness, travel, inconsistent implementation, unexpected schedule disruptions, or a pause in the process — continued support may be added at a per-session rate.
